You'll need to have a comprehensive shopping list.

Buy all groceries you'll need for the entire week.

Then those dishes that can be made and stored in the refrig.

Make ahead of time!

Prepare those meals in one day.

Making the rest of your menus much easier.

Here is a typical example of a dieters eating schedule.

Before Breakfast start:

    4 oz Apple Juice

    1 glass water any size

    BREAKFAST

    1 C. Bran Cereal (no sugar added)

    1 Banana

    1 boiled or poached Egg

    10 oz milk or tea

Calories; 554

Fat grams: 9.3

Tip: mash your banana up before mixing it with your cereal.

It will pass through your intestines much faster.

4 oz canned Tuna (mix tuna with Veganaise or mayo, a few sliced grapes, celery, and onions)
