So what about Health and Happiness? Is there anything magical about being happy or is it simply a mind set? In other words if you think you're happy you are? Well, to a certain extent yes.....you can decide that no matter where you are going or who you are doing it with you are going to be happy!!! So it's a decision. "Today no matter where I am, it is my dominant intent to find things I am wanting to see." When I find those thing I am happy. You'll focus on things bringing you happiness. Like for me, happiness is my next horse. Scientific evidence has already proved positive emotions cause happiness, in that, you are looking for the right things!! But to produce good health, positive emotions need to be a lifestyle.......long term. One day out of 30 of positive feelings, does not make a happy person. However, if you lower stress levels over time, a year or two, keeping positive and trying some relaxation exercises can reduce the risk of heart disease.
”Like people who find satisfaction in their everyday activities.You need to look for the good in the mundane. Health and Happiness is all about seeing good everywhere! To be happy just because you are doing one tiny little activity. For me my tiny activity, which isn't so tiny, is walking everyday that I am able. I love the outdoors, the trees, the people I meet, the smells, the sunset, everything about my walking path! Nothing bad can happen to me when I am in that space not just the physical space but the emotional space I occupy when I am walking
Make friends do thing you have never done before. Get into as much "positive energy places" as you can drive to or fly to or cruise to. Start a group, get a puppy or kitty. Animals can change an entire life. All my five kitties are rescues, most from the ignorant who just abandon them either on my walking path or in my backyard. They are a true source of joy for me. Health and Happiness go together like lovers. To be health is to be happy, and the be happy is to be healthy.
